Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

Sales Terms:

  1. The customer expressly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these terms and conditions are formulated after the standard terms and conditions of sale. Any exceptions must be explicitly agreed in writing in advance to be effective.
  2. Our invoices are to be paid within 21 working days, unless a different payment term is specified on the invoice or order. If payment is not made by the due date, Hunan Bochi Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. reserves the right to charge a fixed interest of 10% on the outstanding amount. Hunan Bochi Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. has the right to suspend the provision of any services in the event of late payment, without prior notice.
  3. If payment is not made within sixty (60) days after the due date, Hunan Bochi Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. reserves the right to seek the services of a debt collection company. All legal fees shall be borne by the customer.
  4. Some countries impose withholding tax on invoice amounts based on their internal legislation. Any withholding tax will be paid by the customer to the tax authorities. In any case, Hunan Bochi Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. shall not bear any costs related to the legislation of any country. Therefore, the invoice amount should be paid in full to Hunan Bochi Electric Equipment Co., Ltd., excluding any costs related to the legislation of the customer's country.
  5. Hunan Bochi Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. commits to making every effort to provide efficient services within the agreed timeframe. However, none of its obligations should be construed as an obligation to achieve results. Under no circumstances shall Hunan Bochi Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. be required by the client to appear as a third party in any damage claims made against the client by the end consumers.
  6. In order for the claim to be valid, Hunan Bochi Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. must notify its registered office by registered mail within 8 days after the delivery of goods or the provision of services.
  7. All our contractual relationships shall be governed solely by Chinese law.
